Foxhole Terrain has completed an update of its web site this month and to celebrate, Foxhole Terrain is featuring a sale going on now until October 15.
“Dan Fox noted, “We have a bit of a new look and layout, so if have not been to our site for a while, please stop by. We want to expand our galleries, so if you have photos of your games with some of our products, please send us some pics or a link to the pics. Also be sure to include your names, dates, etc.”
Of the sale, he explained, “Currently we have a sale going on until October 15th. Receive 20 percent off our regular/individual products. Free shipping is included to the lower 48 states and reduced rates for shipping overseas. Also receive 10 percent discount on all Starter Packs, Army Packs, and Battlefield Packs.”
Dan and Janet have added a few items to the catalogue as well, including a nifty rock outcropping, which includes both a small 3.5” x 3.5” rock and a large 7” by 3”, a 60 degree turn is now featured in the 28mm Road Curves set, and likewise a 60 degree river bend was added to the River Curves set, a River Forks set in now available and River End Caps for both the 4” and 2” sets are now offered.
Additionally, check out the new additions to the 15mm Frontiers Building line, an L Shaped Cabin and a regular Cabin.
Dan reports, “We are still plugging along. I am sculpting away at new products. Janet is fine with nothing much to report. Pete was at Dragon Con. He had a great time. I had a rough spider bite on my left foot. It took me down for about 10 days or more. I do not recommend it.
“I have had a number of requests for Battletech & War Machine accessories, so I am working on a few items. I don’t know Battletech or War Machine too well, so I can use suggestions for these.
“I have a ton of requests for FOW/15mm buildings for Russia and Italy. I am working on some plans. I hope to have some available by November. Suggestions and ideas are always needed.
“Sam Thomas has offered a number of good suggestions as usual: Houses for cities: This was a far off project, but I have moved this up. Hopefully I will have a couple of these buildings available by the end of the year.
“Transition road pieces to go from the road to open terrain. The sculpting is now completed, but I need to make a mold.
“Cliff Creech suggested 4” river forks to connect to 2” rivers. The left fork is complete, and I am almost done with the right fork. I should have these available in October or December.
When Bring Your A-Game interviewed Dan earlier in the year he observed, “More than anything I get ideas and suggestions from fellow gamers. Since these guys play the games, they know exactly what they need. Sometimes products are available, hard to find, or too expensive, etc. I like to get as much detail as possible, and compare ideas from different gamers. About 90 percent of our products come from fellow gamers.”
Jeff McArthur suggested a 15mm ACW Signal Tower. I am working on this and I hope to have it available in November.”
